Meet Jen Grisanti
Jen Grisanti is a Story/Career Consultant, a speaker, a 13-year Writing Instructor for Writers on the Verge, a former 12-year studio executive, and the author of Story Line: Finding Gold in Your Life Story, TV Writing Tool Kit, and Change Your Story, Change Your Life.
She has built her career in the entertainment industry for 20+ years, working closely with some of the most respected showrunners and producers in the business. Now she brings that depth of industry experience directly to writers who want to tell stories that matter.

Michael Narducci is a television writer and producer, currently a co-executive producer on Watson and recently an executive producer on The Waterfront. He previously ran The Originals and has written for shows like Superman & Lois and The Vampire Diaries. An Ohio native, he studied psychology at Harvard University and earned an MFA from University of Virginia while also teaching television writing at several universities.

Carla Kettner is a television writer and producer who has worked on hundreds of hours of drama, including serving as executive producer on The Blacklist and Bones. She co-created the crimedy Panhandle and is currently the showrunner of Alert: Missing Persons Unit. Originally from Calgary, she has also lectured and mentored aspiring writers at major universities.

Keto Shimizu is a television writer and producer who rose through genre television after joining NBC’s Writers on the Verge program. She wrote for shows including Arrow and later became co-showrunner of DC's Legends of Tomorrow. Most recently, she served as an executive producer on The Hunting Party and is developing new film and TV projects.

Aaron Rahsaan Thomas is a screenwriter, director, and producer best known as the co-creator and executive producer of S.W.A.T.. He previously wrote on shows such as Friday Night Lights and CSI: NY, and directed the ESPN documentary Trojan War. He began his career through the CBS Writers Mentoring Program.

In television, he has written for multiple networks and currently serves as a co-producer on Happy's Place starring Reba McEntire.
